Can I Return an Item?

Yes, you can return any item except shapewear. You have two options:

  • Exchange: Choose something else from our shop.
  • Refund: If you prefer a refund, we’ll give you one, excluding delivery costs.

What Can I Return?

You can return any item you’ve purchased, as long as it’s:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition as when you received it (with tags and labels still attached)

How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it.

How Do I Exchange an Item?

To exchange your item:

  2. Exchange Process: We’ll help you find something else that suits you!

How Long Does a Refund Take?

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a full refund (excluding delivery costs). You’ll get the refund within 5-7 working days, depending on your card issuer.

How Do I Return an Item?

To return an item:

  1. Pack the Item: Ensure it’s in unused condition with tags and labels.
